Across almost six years at the big ship, I moved my way from product copywriter to copy team leader and beauty editorial writer. At Liberty, the product copy is poetic, and the editorial journalistic — needless to say, I jump at any chance for conceptualisation and creative storytelling.
This is also where my 360-degree view and hands-on experience of all things e-commerce took shape. Two site redesigns, one rebrand, and a whole lot of strategy included. Tone of voice overhauls. Perfecting back-end processes. SEO training. HTML too. Essentially, I’m as logistical as I am creative, and I get a real kick out of putting both into practice at once.
